Unique features give Alumat® products an edge over the competition. Interlocking mats are fully rubber-backed to give total support and clatter-free operation. Prefitted mitred ramps are available if required and our European-made extreme wear infills guaranteed not to shrink are supplied as standard. Base material is comprised of anodised exterior grade magnesium alloy, built to last for many years of dependable use.
Our Technology
The exceptional cleaning power of Alumat® systems is due to the functional inserts integrated into aluminium profiles.
Designs are well tested and proven, using only the best materials available. Our aluminium extrusions are manufactured from superior 6063-T5 corrosion resistant aluminium magnesium alloy. Fastening materials are made from 304 stainless steel. This assures long lasting performance for many years. Options include the industry standard 1.5mm thick profile. However, we also have profiles 1.8mm, 2.0mm and even 3mm thick for increased bearing capacity to withstand loading distortion created by access equipment, forklifts or delivery vans.
All aluminium extrusions can have any of the infill options fitted to fully customise your entrance, as well as rubber liners underneath to prevent ‘clatter’. There is a choice of rubber scraper bars or various colour options.
